We’re building a refreshing, vibrant, and inclusive culture where every team member can positively impact the environment and the lives of others. **Role: Senior Systems Administrator (IT)** We’re seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT support team. You’ll maintain and manage our software, hardware, and networks across all sites—serving as a key escalation point internally to identify and resolve system issues. **How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation** - Provide system administration for cloud and on-prem environments - Support Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft Domain Services - Support Windows configuration and security via Microsoft Intune - Support iOS configuration and security via an MDM platform - Support Linux configuration and security via domain management and RMM tools - Have working knowledge of DNS, certificates, and encryption - Implement system changes aligned with governance frameworks such as CMMC - Configure, monitor, and maintain backup and replication routines (including documentation and testing) - Organize, configure, and implement regular disaster recovery drills, with ongoing review of procedures and documentation - Monitor systems and networking infrastructure using platforms such as PagerDuty - Provide Tier 2 technical support for all offices and employees - Create and maintain IT documentation and training materials - Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to remediate vulnerabilities and harden the environment **Minimum Qualifications** - 8+ years managing information systems and networks - Expert-level understanding of Microsoft 365 cloud offerings - Experience using PowerShell, Python, and other languages to script common tasks - Expert-level understanding of Conditional Access and other Microsoft cloud-native security tools - Ability to administer and implement Azure cloud services **Above and Beyond Qualifications** - Experience managing on-prem backup solutions - Experience with Fortinet firewalls and networking products - Exposure to Splunk or other SIEM platforms **Compensation** - **$100,000 – $120,000 USD** (estimated range; final compensation based on skills, experience, industry background, and evolving role needs) **Benefits & Perks** - Total Compensation package including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Performance Stock Units (PSUs) for full-time team members - Onsite healthcare in Vermont, plus comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision - Short- and long-term disability - Paid parental leave - Daily lunch provided - Flight lessons included, plus additional perks **Equal Opportunity & Hiring Notes** - We encourage driven candidates to apply even if you don’t meet every listed qualification. - Equal opportunity employer; employment decisions are based on merit and qualifications. - Offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check.
