## AI Engineer ### About the Role AB InBev Growth Group is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agent orchestration. ### Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution • Implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry • Optimize model serving for low-latency, high-throughput inference • Build observability and evaluation frameworks for agent monitoring • Collaborate with ML and data engineers on data integration • Apply security and alignment techniques (guardrails, prompt injection prevention) • Work in CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) • Participate in architectural decisions for distributed systems and GPU optimization ### Required Skills • Strong Python proficiency; C++/Go for performance-critical components • Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral) • Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks • Deep understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) • Knowledge of distributed systems and Kubernetes/AKS/EKS/GKE • Familiarity with ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, or DeepSpeed • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and infrastructure as code • Understanding of AI security best practices ### Nice to Have • Multi-agent simulation experience (AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Swarm) • Red-teaming and offensive security background • Graph database knowledge (Neo4j, ArangoDB) • Publications or open-source contributions in LLM/agent frameworks ### Benefits Performance bonus, health/dental/life insurance, private pension, meal allowance, casual dress code, wellness programs, childcare subsidies, training platforms, and more. **Equal Opportunity Employer** | Learn more: www.abinbev.com
