**Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineer (FedRAMP / AWS GovCloud)** **About the Role** Lead a cross-product SRE team at BeyondTrust, operating AWS GovCloud environments for FedRAMP authorization. This is a player-coach role combining staff-level technical depth with real people-management experience. You'll own reliability, change control, and continuous-compliance machinery while keeping feature teams focused on product delivery. **Key Responsibilities** **GovCloud & FedRAMP Delivery** • AWS GovCloud landing zone: multi-account structure, SCPs, guardrails, logging, IaC provisioning • Continuous-compliance evidence pipeline: FedRAMP 20x Key Security Indicators collection and reporting • FedRAMP continuous monitoring obligations • CI/CD pipelines and cloud cost visibility **Production & Change Operations** • Production change process with auditable separation of duties • Release and update machinery for cloud fleets (security updates, staged rollouts, verification) • Incident management process, tooling, and on-call design • Automated environment promotion (dev → staging → production) • Fleet upgrade orchestration at hundreds-to-thousands scale **Team Leadership** • Lead DevOps, SRE, and security automation engineers • Workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding • Build culture of ownership, transparency, and reliable execution **Success Metrics** ✓ Covered products live in AWS GovCloud under FedRAMP with automated evidence ✓ Production changes go through defined, auditable process ✓ Patches verified as landed everywhere scoped ✓ FedRAMP continuous monitoring met monthly without interrupting feature teams **About BeyondTrust** Global identity security leader protecting Paths to Privilege™.
