**Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Systems** *Active Secret Clearance Required* **About the Role** Join Striveworks as a core contributor to customer-driven projects and proprietary products. You'll develop ML solutions, orchestrate complex data and agentic workflows, and shape Chariot, our AI operations platform. Work across models, agents, tools, and workflows to build reliable AI systems while analyzing performance and usability. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop machine learning solutions and agentic workflows • Design, build, and optimize LLM-powered agents • Integrate AI systems with external tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety • Collaborate with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams **Required Qualifications** • BS in Computer Science, ML, or related field + 6+ years experience • Production experience with data-centric systems (data engineering, ETL, ML) • Experience designing and optimizing LLM agents and agentic workflows • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Strong software engineering fundamentals + systems programming language (Go, Rust, C++, Java, Scala) • Modern software engineering tools (Agile, version control, CI/CD) • **Active Secret clearance (or above) + US citizenship** **Nice to Have** • Advanced degree in data science/ML/CS • Client-server architecture knowledge (REST, GraphQL, React, Vue, Angular) • Container/cloud deployment experience (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with diverse data types (imagery, video, text, acoustic, RF) • Leadership experience in secure government environments **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $185,000–$230,000/year + equity + bonuses 🏥 Medical/dental/vision insurance 💼 401(k), HSA/FSA, unlimited PTO 👶 Paid parental leave **Work Environment** Fully remote or hybrid/on-site in Austin, TX.
