**Senior Manager, IT, Security & AI** **Location:** Boulder, CO (Hybrid) | Relocation stipend available **Reports To:** Chief Technology Officer **Type:** Full-time **About the Role:** BranchLab is seeking a hands-on leader to own IT, security, compliance, and AI enablement. You'll manage internal systems, strengthen security programs, support SOC 2 compliance, and lead thoughtful AI adoption across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** • Operate and improve security controls across endpoints, identity, cloud services, and corporate systems • Own internal IT environment (IAM, devices, SaaS, onboarding/offboarding) • Lead SOC 2 operations and customer security reviews • Identify and implement practical AI use cases and automations • Establish secure AI adoption practices and guardrails • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams **Required Qualifications:** • Experience with modern cloud-based IT systems • Strong understanding of identity, access management, endpoint security, and SaaS administration • Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar compliance programs • Strong technical troubleshooting skills (integrations, APIs, authentication) • Hands-on experience using AI tools for business workflows and automation • Pragmatic mindset focused on appropriate controls without unnecessary bureaucracy **Nice-to-Haves:** Microsoft Entra ID/365, endpoint management (MDM/EDR), AWS security, Jira/Salesforce/Slack/GitHub administration, API automation, AI governance, healthcare/AdTech experience **Compensation & Benefits:** • Salary: $145-195k • Significant equity • Immediate impact across the company **Work Authorization:** Must have legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship BranchLab is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
