**Bevi — Senior Business Systems Analyst (Enterprise Applications)** Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. We’re seeking a **Business Systems Analyst** to join our **Enterprise Applications** team. You’ll partner closely with **Logistics**, **Product**, and other teams to implement new software and deliver improvements to existing systems. --- ## What you will do - Own relationships with assigned cross-functional partner departments - Manage prioritization, requirements, and the overall technology roadmap for assigned functional areas - Guide all system changes in assigned functional areas through the software development life cycle (end-to-end) - Produce requirements documents, process & system diagrams, and technical solution design documentation - Design, write, and execute QA test cases for system changes; conduct UAT with stakeholders - Work with technical domain experts to design and implement system changes that solve business problems and improve efficiency, user experiences, customer satisfaction, and financial performance - Perform system configuration and some integration development - Use AI tools to improve and accelerate delivery of system changes; incorporate AI into personal workflows where valuable - Work closely with external partners, vendors, consulting firms, and 3PL warehouses --- ## Requirements - 3–5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions consultant, Process analyst, or another technical/functional role working directly with both business users and technical staff - Extremely proficient in process analysis, process documentation, and organizational change management - Self-motivated: able to analyze complex problems, break them into incremental deliverables, and execute without close oversight - Familiarity with **B2B CRM data architecture** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across business users and executive stakeholders - Strong understanding of relational database concepts and some SQL experience - Some familiarity with custom API integrations, EDI, and data warehousing - Experience with **NetSuite ERP** or the Warehouse/Inventory module of a similarly full-featured ERP - Experience working with operations managers to design ERP customizations tied to their processes (Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Inventory management, etc.) - Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, story pointing) and tools like **Jira** --- ## Preferred experience - NetSuite ERP - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) - iPaaS development experience - Experience configuring/using Claude Code (or similar tools) for ERP customizations, or writing code in other applications - Salesforce CRM - Zendesk or other ticket management platforms - Shopify B2B or other ecommerce platforms --- ## Pay Range **$109,650 — $135,450 USD** --- ## Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (BlueCross BlueShield; **95% paid by employer**) - 401(k) with company match - Flexible PTO plus 12 company holidays (and additional paid sick leave) - Fully paid parental leave for both birth and non-birth parents - Employer-paid disability and life insurance - Wellness and fitness reimbursements - Monthly stipends for cell phone use and comm
