**Senior Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data (Workday)** **About Ramp** Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. We hire people with high agency and urgency who own problems end to end. **About the Role** Own and maintain employee data in Workday for the Employee Lifecycle team. You'll ensure data accuracy, manage data structure, and set up reconciliation across integrations. This is a new role launching with Workday go-live on January 1. **Key Responsibilities** • Process and approve employee data changes (transfers, promotions, title/manager changes, relocations) • Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through ticketing system • Review and approve transactions to protect data quality • Manage bulk changes (reorgs, comp cycles, mass updates) from start to finish • Build reconciliation processes between Workday and downstream systems • Monitor integration errors, identify root causes, and partner with HRIS/Payroll/Benefits teams • Define data standards and run regular audits • Be the expert resource on employee data at Ramp **What You Need** • 2-5+ years in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles • Experience with Workday HCM data changes and employee lifecycle management • Understanding of payroll and benefits data integrations • Track record building reconciliation and audit processes • Strong attention to detail with sensitive employee data • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and validation • Clear communication across all levels • Process-improvement mindset **Nice to Have** • Fast-growing company experience • Serval, JIRA, or service desk tools • Workday reporting experience • SQL skills **Benefits** (varies by location) Flexible PTO, health/wellness stipend, home office equipment, parental leave, and more.
