This is **not** a strategy role. - Not consulting - Not a “produce a deck and someone else executes” seat You **design it, build it, watch real couples use it on Saturday night, then rewrite it Monday**. --- ## The Archetype: The Prototyper The person who wins here: - Builds **v1 before the meeting about v1** - Starts from the **human**, not the process - Can describe a specific person’s experience **minute by minute** before drawing workflows - Ships in **days** (e.g., “built it in a week” beats “led a two-year rollout”) - Kills their own work, replaces it after seeing data - Has already outgrown attachment to their own design --- ## The Only Three Things That Matter 1. **Have you built something real?** - Not proposed.
