One of the fastest-growing AI companies in insurance, backed by top-tier VCs with a team from Stripe, Blend, Strategy&, and Travelers. **About the Role** Work across the stack to design and build systems powering our AI platform—from intuitive UIs to backend services and AI infrastructure. You'll develop product features, build tailored solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, and strengthen our platform for performance, reliability, and security. **What You'll Do** • Develop autonomous digital workers that automate insurance workflows end-to-end • Design, implement, and ship features across the full stack (frontend, backend APIs, infrastructure) • Collaborate directly with customers to deliver tailored solutions • Strengthen core systems including AI infrastructure, asynchronous processing, and observability • Optimize production systems for speed and performance • Partner cross-functionally on product roadmaps and customer requirements **What You Have** • 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience • Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, and React • Strong foundation in computer science and software development • Proficiency in AI concepts, APIs, workflows, and tools • Ability to learn, adapt, and ship in fast-paced environments • Thrives in ambiguous situations to deliver robust solutions
