Tines is vendor-agnostic, secure, and private by design—trusted by security, IT, engineering, finance, and other security-focused teams. **Role Overview** You’ll join as a founding member of Tines’ forward deployed team, embedded with public sector and federal customers to drive transformational AI adoption. You’ll own the full arc of customer success—from deepening adoption and enabling stakeholders to discovering new opportunities where Tines can create measurable business impact. This is a remote role that **must be based in EST**. **What You’ll Do** - **Own end-to-end deployment:** Lead technical implementation in complex enterprise environments; integrate with existing systems, configure customer workflows, and deliver fast, smooth outcomes. - **Drive adoption across the organization:** Support and train users and stakeholders at all levels to ensure the platform is actively used and maximized. - **Identify and develop new use cases:** Surface new opportunities as you learn each customer’s business and expand value across teams and workflows. - **Be the primary technical point of contact:** Troubleshoot, deliver workshops, answer technical questions, and resolve blockers. - **Maintain strong customer relationships:** Build partnerships from daily users to executive sponsors with a focus on long-term retention and growth. - **Feed insights back to product:** Codify what you learn in the field—recurring friction points, unmet needs, and high-value use cases—and share with internal teams. - **Travel 20–40%** to customer sites to build trust and deepen relationships in person. **What You Bring** - **8+ years** in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions/Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration/Implementation Engineer, or Software Engineer with customer exposure) - **5+ years** working with **public sector or federal** customers - Proven ability to drive adoption and deliver measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments - Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and understand customer infrastructure - Strong **Python** skills (plus ideally TypeScript, Java, or similar) - Production experience with **LLMs and AI systems** (prompt engineering, agent workflows, deployment at scale) - Ability to train, enable, and influence stakeholders across all levels - High agency and resourcefulness (independently find paths forward; escalate only when necessary) - Strong communication skills (clear, confident, low-ego—make complex things feel simple) - Willingness to **travel 20–40%** **Compensation** - **Target Annual Compensation: $220–240K OTE** **Work Authorization** Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Tines is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. **Equal Opportunity** Tines provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to sex, race, color, ethnicity or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age, or sexual orientatio
