We’re building an intelligent, data-driven revenue cycle automation platform that **simplifies billing, enhances claims processing, and eliminates administrative waste**. ## The Opportunity We’re looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** to join our fast-growing engineering teams. In this role, you’ll help build and improve healthcare billing products and systems that directly address customer needs. You’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring our products are **highly scalable, reliable, and performant**. ## What You’ll Be Doing - Conceptualize, design, develop, and maintain complex services/platforms/features; take ownership of large areas of product + infrastructure. - Collaborate with customers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to understand needs and deliver creative solutions. - Identify, propose, and lead architecture/design improvements with **scalability and reliability** as core principles. - Contribute to engineering and broader company culture. ## Who You Are - B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or a related field. - **8+ years** of software engineering experience. - Experience with programming languages, relevant frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms. - Bonus (not required): **Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform, Auth0, Terraform**. - Proven ability to build high-quality software with a **customer-outcomes** mindset. - Ability to own features end-to-end and learn new tools or move across the stack as needed. - Strong communication and collaboration skills; can explain complex ideas clearly (in person and in writing). ## Pay Transparency Estimated starting annual salary range: **$195,000 – $250,000 USD**. The range is a guideline from Pave (https://www.pave.com/). Actual base salary may vary based on job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, and market data. Total compensation may also include **equity, incentives (for sales roles), and benefits**. #LI-AR1
