## Product Builder (Camunda Hub) Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration—helping organizations coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes with governance, auditability, and human oversight. We’re looking for a **Product Builder** to help shape the **enterprise and governance experience of Camunda Hub** by combining product thinking, user empathy, UX judgment, and hands-on execution. --- ### About the Role You’ll join the **Enterprise & Governance pod** within Camunda Hub’s Products organization. The pod owns the surfaces enterprise **Centers of Excellence** and **platform administrators** rely on, including: - Access control & permissions - Workspace & tenant management - Audit & compliance features - Administration & configuration UI for clusters and platform settings This is a **high-ownership** role where you’ll move quickly, work directly with customers and forward-deployed engineers, and contribute across the full stack to deliver faster end-to-end product outcomes. --- ### What You’ll Be Doing - Discover and clarify meaningful user problems for administrators, CoE teams, and enterprise architects - Shape product direction through practical judgment, fast iteration, and focus on the underlying problem - Prototype, build, harden, ship, and iterate improvements across Hub’s enterprise & governance surfaces, including: - Access control - Workspace & tenant management - Audit & compliance - Platform administration - Use AI tools effectively to accelerate drafts and implementation steps—while maintaining a strong quality bar - Collaborate with other builders and product strategy counterparts (including across boundaries with Core / Identity) - Improve the pod’s speed, quality, and effectiveness delivering product end-to-end --- ### What You Bring - Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda Hub: https://accounts.cloud.camunda.io/signup - Experience shipping product directly in a software environment - Ability to work fluidly across product thinking, UX, and hands-on delivery - Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into practical next steps - Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, pod-based environment - Curiosity about users and fast learning loops; bias toward improving via iteration - Hands-on experience building and shipping product (not just coordinating requirements) - Strong AI-native delivery habits (use AI for drafts/steps, then review and improve output) - Ability to clearly describe intended user experience (flows, hierarchy, states, copy, accessibility expectations) - Strong product/customer judgment (understand the user problem behind requests; use lightweight evidence) - Sound technical judgment within an established architecture (test what you built, trace issues, understand frontend/backend boundaries) --- ### Nice-to-Haves - Experience with workflow software, orchestration, admin/platform tooling, or similarly technical product surfaces - Experience in small, high-autonomy pods with broad ownership across discovery, design, and delivery - Familiarity with enterprise governance concerns (IAM, RBAC/permissions, multi-tenancy, audit logging, compliance) - Experience designing for administrator and platform-operator personas - Ability to capture validation learnings clearly and distinguish signal from noise --- ### Location / Work Model - **Fully remote** - Role reference: **#LI-AG1 #LI-Rem
