You’ll help automate financial workflows and build intelligent features that provide real-time insights—making accounting smarter, faster, and more intuitive for our customers. ## What We Need - Strong background in **machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)** - Proven experience with frameworks like **PyTorch** or **TensorFlow**, and proficiency in **Python** - Hands-on experience deploying ML models into **production** environments - Familiarity with **LLMs** (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and fine-tuning for real-world use cases - Thrives in agility: our team is lean and moves quickly—comfortable experimenting, iterating, and shipping fast - Values autonomy: takes ownership end-to-end—from prototyping models to deploying and monitoring them in production ## Ideal Candidate - Looking for a challenge, not just a job - Passionate about applying AI to solve real business problems - Interested in building practical, customer-facing AI applications (not only research) - Eager to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design in a fast-paced startup environment ## Let’s Connect Think you’re a perfect fit?
