With 10,000+ customers worldwide (including 50%+ of the Fortune 100®), Conga helps teams make trusted decisions, deliver consistent buyer experiences, and drive profitable growth. **Reports to:** Director, PS **Location:** Remote — United States (100% remote; telecommute/work from home from anywhere in the U.S.; report to HQ in Houston) --- **Role Summary** As an **Associate Principal Solution Architect**, you’ll develop and deliver highly configurable, customized applications for customers using **Conga Products and Platform**. --- **What You’ll Do** - Lead end-to-end **Quote-to-Cash (QTC)** implementations and enhancements (including **Salesforce CRM**, **JavaScript**, and **.NET (C#)**) for complex enterprise ecosystems. - Perform **CLM**, **CPQ**, and **QTC** assessments for legacy systems and ensure seamless **CRM/ERP integrations** across upstream and downstream systems. - Design and architect **robust, scalable, secure, high-performance** solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices. - Define technical architecture for **custom development**, **API-driven integrations**, and **platform configurations**. - Develop and customize solutions using **Apex**, **Lightning Web Components**, **JavaScript**, and **C#**, following secure coding standards and optimized performance. - Build and maintain **REST and SOAP API integrations** for data exchange, orchestration, and workflow automation between Salesforce and external enterprise systems. - Use **Git** and **Bitbucket** with appropriate version control/branching strategies to maintain code integrity. - Manage delivery using **Jira** (sprint planning and issue tracking) and maintain architecture/technical design documentation in **Confluence**. - Conduct **code reviews** to enforce best practices, platform standards, and high-quality deliverables. - Support **data architecture** activities such as mapping and loading. - Ensure compliance with relevant standards including **GDPR**, **FINRA**, and **HIPAA**. - Collaborate with sales teams and prospects/customers to define solutions, scope, and create **Statements of Work**. --- **Requirements** - Minimum **Bachelor’s Degree** in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience. - **5+ years** of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation to optimize revenue lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs. --- **Compensation (U.S.)** - **Salary Range:** **$177,850.00 – $279,385.00/year** - Includes variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and a full benefits package (medical/dental and more). --- **Apply** If this sounds like the kind of role you’d thrive in, **click apply**. **Resume Format:** PDF or plain text recommended. **Don’t meet every requirement?** If you’re excited about the role but don’t match every qualification, Conga encourages you to apply anyway. **Equal Opportunity** Conga is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants. **Applicant Privacy Statement** https://conga.com/applicant-privacy-statement
