We enable providers to succeed in performance-based arrangements through technology and services scaled centrally and deployed locally. **JOB SUMMARY** NeueHealth is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Software Engineer 4) to assist in the development of several full stack product solutions. As a senior engineer you will take ownership of features and see their completion from design to implementation. You will drive proper coding process, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior team members while working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and the UX team. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** • Collaborate directly with teammates to solve business needs and drive solutions to key business priorities • Contribute across the complete development lifecycle, including technical design, work estimation, implementation, testing, and addressing feedback or bugs • Lead and contribute to continually improve the team's productivity, culture, and code quality • Peer review team member's code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality • Create documentation and processes as needed to improve team productivity and transparency **EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required • 8+ years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work • Deep experience building/deploying/maintaining scalable and always available consumer-facing products • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES** • Frontend experience with React/Next.js • Experienced with ORM and API development • Experienced with coding components and working with Storybook • Familiarity with Azure Cloud or similar technologies • Seasoned estimation skills • Strong work ethic and follow-through on commitments • Proven track record of high standards • Proactive approach to problem solving **WORK ENVIRONMENT** Remote position involving detailed work at a desk/table and computer work.
