## Business System Engineer **About the Team** The IT GTM Systems team owns the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of the go-to-market technology stack that powers CoreWeave's Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk functions. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, custom objects, and page layouts • Partner with RevOps, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management and security controls • Support GTM systems initiatives including billing integrations and multi-org consolidation • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Collaborate with external implementation partners • Write and maintain technical documentation • Participate in testing, QA, and change management processes • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders **Required Qualifications** • 2+ years hands-on Salesforce development and/or administration experience • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Flow, validation rules, permission sets, reports, and dashboards • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally • Detail-oriented and organized • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience **Preferred Skills** • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification • Experience with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components • Experience with Salesforce integrations or multi-org environments • SOX compliance and formal change management experience **Compensation & Benefits** $120,000 - $160,000 base salary Benefits include: medical/dental/vision (100% paid), life insurance, disability coverage, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, ESPP, mental wellness support, paid parental leave, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and more. **Why CoreWeave?** Join a publicly traded AI infrastructure company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in hyper-growth.
