We're at an inflection point with strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. **The Role** Join Harvey's Engineering team building AI-powered systems for leading law firms and enterprises. You'll ship production code from day one across retrieval, document intelligence, and workflow automation. Work alongside experienced engineers on secure, intuitive, high-performance application experiences. **What You'll Do** • Design, implement, and ship production-level code across the stack • Collaborate with AI Research, Legal Engineering, Product, and Design teams • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions • Experiment with cutting-edge LLMs and AI systems • Work on retrieval systems, AI collaboration interfaces, infrastructure, agents, or secure systems **What You Have** • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field (graduating Winter 2026 - Spring 2027) • Previous internship experience required • Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar • Bias toward action and decisiveness • Ability to explain complex ideas simply • Proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement • Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) • Able to work from NYC or SF office starting January 2027 (relocation support available) **Compensation** $165,000 - $181,500 depending on location **Teams Hiring** Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Infrastructure, Applied AI, Agents, Assistant, Enterprise, Mobile, Vault, and more.
