We’ve created a vertically integrated platform connecting **telehealth, diagnostics, pharmacy, and logistics** into a seamless end-to-end experience for millions of patients. --- ## What you’ll do As a **Staff Software Engineer / Tech Lead** on the **Patient Experience** team, you’ll serve as a technical and architectural leader for systems that help patients **discover, start, and continue their care**. You’ll: - Own and lead the **patient-facing platform** that supports patients across every step of their journey (from first steps to long-term care) - Design the **architecture and technical foundations** to continuously iterate and **personalize intake** as we learn more about patient needs - Partner closely with **Growth** and **Clinical** teams to translate patient and business needs into scalable technical solutions - Help connect decisions across domains and translate shared goals into **cohesive, scalable patient experiences** - Drive patient and growth outcomes while raising the team’s **architectural and technical bar** --- ## How you’ll work - Work on systems that operate at **scale** with real-world impact - Build and ship quickly with tight feedback loops - Collaborate with experienced operators, technical leaders, and clinicians - Partner across **engineering, product, design, and data** to turn complex clinical information into clear, intuitive next steps for patients --- ## Why Ro We’re performance-driven, move fast, learn quickly, and hold a high bar for what we build—because **patients depend on it**.
