No-ego culture of collaboration and innovation with hybrid work model (2 core days in office). **Role Responsibilities** • Build e-commerce platform solutions (design, development, testing, deployment) • Create right-sized, tested, reliable services using best tools for the job • Collaborate with marketing teams on high-quality, fast online shopping experience • Work with data analytics team to capture business-driving information • Communicate with fulfillment and shipping services via operations teams • Partner with QA engineers on quality E2E tests during CI/CD • Build reporting services and self-service internal tools **Required Experience** • 5+ years professional software development experience • Collaborative team player with Agile and continuous delivery commitment • REST and modern web patterns/technologies knowledge • Server-side frameworks: NestJS, Next.js, Symfony, or Laravel • Node.js with TypeScript experience • Modern JavaScript frontend frameworks: React, React Router, Remix • Cloud-native development (AWS preferred) with scalable architecture • SQL, ORM (TypeORM, Prisma), query optimization, schema design • Command line proficiency across platforms • Full-stack solutions from concept to completion • Project ownership and technical leadership **Nice to Have** E-commerce experience, Docker/Kubernetes/ECS, Commercetools, Contentful CMS, A/B testing platforms, Infrastructure as Code, functional programming **Compensation & Benefits** $117,300 - $156,400 base salary + bonus, equity, comprehensive benefits, free SimpliSafe system, ERGs **Company Values** Customer Obsessed • Aim High • No Ego • One Team • Lift As We Climb • Lean & Nimble
