**Senior Technology Partner Engineer** **About the Role** Datadog's Technology Partnerships team builds and scales partnerships with technology companies that matter most to customers. As a Technology Partner Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between Datadog and partner developer communities, acting as a consultant helping partners build world-class monitoring solutions on the Datadog platform. You'll guide partners through the entire integration lifecycle from architectural design to product launch on the Datadog Marketplace. **What You'll Do** • **Technical Advisory:** Lead partners on OAuth flows, log pipelines, OpenTelemetry, and API-based integrations • **Co-Build:** Work with Datadog Partner, Product and Engineering teams to identify and drive joint integration roadmaps • **Architectural & Code Review:** Perform assessments and code reviews for partner integrations to meet quality standards • **Technical Troubleshooting:** Solve complex technical challenges through dedicated consultations • **Platform Advocacy:** Identify friction points and partner with internal teams to improve developer experience • **Documentation & Tracking:** Maintain developer documentation and internal tracking systems • **Market Awareness:** Track AI/ML and data platform ecosystem trends to identify partnership opportunities **Who You Are** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years in technical roles (Partner Engineering, Support Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Development) • Proficient in Python or Go • Understanding of observability fundamentals (Metrics, Logs, Traces) and OpenTelemetry • Strong consulting skills with ability to explain complex concepts to developers • Comfortable with APIs, Linux environments, and cloud infrastructure • Self-starter thriving in fast-moving, cross-functional environments • **Bonus:** Experience with AI coding tools and validating AI-generated output **Compensation & Benefits** Salary: $198,000–$242,000 USD Includes competitive equity, healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and employee stock purchase plan. **Work Environment:** Hybrid
