Home to brands like Corona, Budweiser, and products like BEES, Ze Delivery, and PerfectDraft. **What You'll Do** • Lead system design and hands-on delivery of data-intensive web products on Microsoft Azure • Own the full application stack: services, APIs, Next.js layer, integrations, security, and performance • Design how the product queries, processes, and presents large data volumes—modeling, SQL performance, caching, pagination, aggregation, and search • Choose and document system architecture (modular monolith, microservices, synchronous, or event-driven) with explicit trade-offs • Set standards for authentication, authorization, observability, testing, code review, and continuous delivery **What You'll Need** • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or quantitative field (Master's/PhD a plus) • Experience as Staff/Principal Engineer or Software Architect designing large-scale, high-performance systems • Deep hands-on Java; Go and/or Python where appropriate • TypeScript, React, and Next.js proficiency • Microsoft Azure in production, API design, and distributed systems expertise • Strong SQL, data modeling, query optimization, NoSQL, caching, and search experience • Automated testing, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code • Plus: Analytics/BI products, multi-tenant systems, Domain-Driven Design, feature flags **More About You** • You combine architectural judgment with implementation and stay close to the code • You make pragmatic trade-offs and don't ship designs that can't meet performance targets • You communicate risks and decisions clearly to technical and business audiences **What We Offer** Performance-based bonus • Attendance bonus • Private pension plan • Meal allowance • Casual office/dress code • Health, dental, and life insurance • WellHub partnership • Childcare subsidies • Language and training platforms • Transport allowance • And more **Equal Opportunity Employer** AB InBev Growth Group does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other legally protected characteristics.
