## Forward Deployed Engineers **Location:** Los Angeles, CA (**Remote**) **Compensation:** $150k–$250k annual Fredrin is an AI software factory for engineering teams: run many coding agents in parallel from one Kanban board, with each ticket getting its own branch, worktree, and agent session. We bring planning, execution, code review, and pull requests into one workspace. **About the role** We’re hiring **Forward Deployed Engineers** to help teams adopt Fredrin in real production workflows. You’ll work directly with customer engineers to: - Connect customer repos and CI - Make codebases agent-ready - Debug deployments - Turn what you learn into improvements you ship in Fredrin **What we’re looking for** - Strong **TypeScript** skills - Deep, practical knowledge of **Git** and **worktrees** - Experience shipping **production software** - Hands-on experience with **AI coding agents** - Comfort owning ambiguous problems and communicating clearly with customers **Try Fredrin before applying** You’ll be teaching it from day one. **Apply:** https://www.fredrin.com/careers/forward-deployed-engineer
