## Senior Software Engineer — IDRE (Remote - LATAM-based) **Orchid Software Solutions** (SeedTrust / VeraTru family of companies) is hiring a **Senior Software Engineer** for **IDRE**, our platform for **Independent Dispute Resolution** under the **federal No Surprises Act**. IDRE manages healthcare payment disputes end-to-end: when a provider and insurer disagree on out-of-network service payment, the case moves through a federal arbitration process—**and our platform handles those cases from start to finish** (hundreds of new disputes daily), including core business logic for **settlement calculations** and **case state tracking**. --- ### Team - **Small and senior by design**: engineering manager, senior engineers, senior QA, and PM - **Close collaboration** (no isolated silos) - **Fully remote**, multicultural team across the **US and LATAM** - Daily collaboration with a **US-based team in English** --- ### Role **Independent-contractor, full-stack Senior Software Engineer** based in **Latin America**.
