**Company:** Tahoma AI (tahoma.io) **Location:** Austin, TX or Seattle, WA *(ONSITE optional)* | **Remote:** US **Type:** Full-time --- ## Founding Engineer Tahoma builds AI agents that automate healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): eligibility, claim status, claim submission, denials, and payment posting. We’re live in production with paying enterprise customers. Our agents operate payer portals behind MFA, green-screen terminals over SSH, and Windows desktop software—where some actions are irreversible. ### What you’ll work on - Own the core platform end-to-end - Make key architecture decisions around: - Resilience to portal changes - Exactly-once guarantees - Observability - Cost per run ### How the system works - Deterministic orchestration layer built in-house - Model calls as bounded steps (not a traditional control loop) ### Tech stack TypeScript/Node.js, Playwright, computer-use agents, Claude, Postgres, Azure, K8s ### Team - Founder from AWS - Former UnitedHealthcare CIO - Advisors from Microsoft Research and Shopify’s AI team - Remote engineering team --- ## Apply Email **careers@tahoma.io** with your resume and **one thing you’ve shipped**.
