**Manager, Enterprise Integration Architect** **About Authentic Brands Group** Authentic is a global brand and entertainment platform owning and investing in iconic intellectual property across 50+ brands, reaching nearly one billion social media followers. The portfolio includes Reebok, Champion, Sports Illustrated, Elvis Presley, GUESS, Brooks Brothers, and many more. **The Role** Lead architecture and hands-on delivery of integrations across Authentic's SaaS-first global technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Global Business Systems, you'll modernize the integration landscape while improving reliability, scalability, security, and operational support. **What You'll Be Working On** **Integration Architecture & Hands-On Delivery** • Assess current integration landscape and define target-state architecture aligned with business needs • Architect end-to-end solutions with appropriate patterns, APIs, data flows, security, and monitoring • Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SFTP/file integrations, webhooks, and event-driven interfaces • Own integration workstreams for implementations including design, testing, cutover, and production stabilization **Reliability, Platform & Production Support** • Serve as technical escalation point for complex, business-critical production issues • Drive root-cause resolution and improve monitoring, alerting, and exception management • Manage integration platform environments, connectivity, deployments, and security • Establish standards for API design, security, logging, and documentation **Technical Leadership, Vendors & Governance** • Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation partners • Review designs and code/configuration; ensure partners follow integration standards • Manage vendor performance, SLAs, licenses, and upgrades • Coordinate release and change management with cross-functional teams **Role Breakdown** 60-70% direct technical delivery | 30-40% technical leadership and governance **Must Haves** • 10+ years hands-on enterprise application integration, API development, or iPaaS experience • Ability to architect, design, build, troubleshoot, and deploy complex enterprise integrations • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON/XML, SFTP, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and transformation • Proven expertise with enterprise iPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, Azure, etc.) • Experience integrating SaaS/cloud applications; NetSuite, Salesforce, OneStream preferred • Strong troubleshooting and production-support capabilities • Experience leading onshore/offshore developers and implementation partners **Preferred Qualifications** • Financial integrations and enterprise data platform experience • Experience modernizing point-to-point integrations in consumer products, retail, media, or fashion **Success Measures (First 6-12 Months)** • Take ownership of critical integrations and improve reliability and monitoring • Reduce recurring failures and external partner dependency • Establish architecture standards and reusable integration components • Maintain integration inventory and modernization roadmap **Salary Range** $150,000 - $170,000
