Headquartered in **Washington, DC (Dupont Circle)**, with a corporate presence in **Tampa, FL; Bedford, IN; and Dayton, OH**, our teams collaborate across the United States and around the world. ## Role Overview Barbaricum is seeking highly qualified **Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Operational, and Developer Support** professionals to provide technical expertise supporting Government engineering, research, development, testing, evaluation, and operational missions. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience delivering engineering, scientific, analytical, and operational solutions that enhance mission effectiveness and address evolving national security challenges. ## Responsibilities - Provide engineering, technical, analytical, and developer support across research, development, testing, evaluation, and operational mission areas. - Apply engineering principles and analytical methodologies to support **CAD, FEA, CFD, modeling and simulation, instrumentation, experimentation, and system testing**. - Develop software applications, analytical tools, and data-driven solutions to enhance operational capabilities. - Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, modeling, and visualization to evaluate system performance and inform decisions. - Support the development, execution, and assessment of experiments to validate technologies and emerging capabilities. - Serve as a technical advisor to Government stakeholders, including expertise related to evolving threats (e.g., **counter-IED** and **counter-UAS (C-UAS)**). - Apply **DOTMLPF-P** knowledge to support capability development, requirements analysis, and concept refinement. - Develop and implement instrumentation and analytical techniques for system evaluation and technology maturation. - Maintain and administer Government knowledge management portals across **NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS** in accordance with security and information management requirements. - Publish, organize, and maintain technical reports and other mission documentation within Government-approved repositories. - Coordinate with technical authors to apply standardized metadata, tags, keywords, and taxonomy structures to improve discoverability. - Implement document version control and configuration management to ensure access to current, authoritative information. - Organize technical content into intuitive knowledge repositories to support collaboration and decision-making. - Monitor collaboration tools, discussion forums, and knowledge-sharing platforms to encourage engagement and information exchange. - Collaborate with Government personnel, contractors, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality support. - Prepare technical documentation, reports, briefings, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences. - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Government policies, security requirements, and applicable industry standards. ## Required Qualifications - **Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required** - **Bachelor’s degree** in an appropriate field - **5 years’ expe
