**Staff Systems Engineer, Enterprise Mesh** **About the Team** Connected Warfare is Anduril's Business Line focused on building next-gen software-defined distributed C2 architecture for orchestrating and automating 3rd party combat-fielded sensors and strike-networks. The Army & Enterprise Mesh engineering team manages mesh at scale—from single nodes to enterprise, in any connectivity environment. **About the Role** Lead technical engagements bringing new partners onto the platform for the US Army's Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program. You'll conduct technical exchanges, establish integration designs, decompose requirements into engineering work, and author reference material across organizational boundaries. **What You'll Do** • Lead partner engagements end-to-end with technical exchanges and integration design ownership • Design across organizational boundaries spanning multiple engineering teams and companies • Establish reusable patterns through reference architectures and integration documentation • Own the intake process translating partner needs into scoped engineering work • Scale onboarding across the Army through automated and self-service paths **Required Qualifications** • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (must be able to maintain) • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field • 10+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, integration engineering, technical program management, or forward-deployed engineering • Architecture judgment in API and service-based systems (REST, gRPC, authentication, schemas, event streams) • Experience leading external engineering teams or owning developer-facing platforms • Technical program execution and substantive technical working session experience • Strong technical writing ability (writing sample required) • Communication skills across engineering and senior military stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** • Service in or direct support of US Army organizations • DoD delivery experience (accreditation, multiple classification enclaves, disconnected environments) • Co-development with defense primes or systems integrators • Developer experience work (documentation, SDKs, developer portals) • Domain fluency in command and control, geospatial systems, data fabrics, tactical networking, or sensor-to-effector integration **Compensation** $191,000 – $253,000 USD (base salary) Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included
