Dedicated to delivering strong, uncorrelated returns across diverse market environments. **Role Overview** Join the Quantitative Strategies team to research and develop improvements to trading code and create new systematic trading signals. Utilize advanced quantitative analysis and software development to maximize performance and competitiveness. **Key Responsibilities** • Create production code for new trading signals • Optimize efficiency and accuracy of existing production code • Research methods to improve trading signal performance and robustness • Develop new signals for futures and FX markets • Follow robust R&D procedures to minimize sim-to-live performance gaps • Collaborate in research team environment using common development tools • Interact cross-functionally with technology, operations, trading, and other departments • Present findings and ideas to management and investment committee • Complete additional projects as assigned **Requirements** • PhD or MS in quantitative field • 2+ years experience in systematic futures and/or FX trading (buy side) • Knowledge of securities, derivatives markets, and mid-to-low frequency systematic strategies • Advanced programming: Python and/or MATLAB preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex topics clearly **Location & Compensation** 📍 West Palm Beach, FL (Monday-Friday in-office) 💰 Base Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 + Discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), HSA/FSA, paid vacation/sick leave) *Salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
