**Veeva IT Systems Analyst II** **About The Role:** The Veeva IT Systems Analyst II is responsible for the maintenance, continuous improvements, and troubleshooting of Forge's Quality Management System, Veeva Vault. This position supports configuration of Veeva Vault Quality and Platform, works with cross-functional teams, and liaisons with Veeva's Managed Services consultants. **Key Responsibilities:** • Management and continuous improvement of Veeva Vault Platform and all Quality Suite modules • Designing and implementing configurations for new business requirements and workflow improvements • Working with Computer Systems Validation SME to validate changes per GAMP 5 guidelines and cGMP regulations • Supporting Veeva Releases through Change Controls as the system expert • Communicating and organizing work across multiple cross-functional teams • Training and supporting Veeva end users on EDMS and QMS system requirements • Developing training modules and writing SOPs and Work Instructions • Providing support during regulatory inspections and internal audits **Required Qualifications:** • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years of Veeva Vault Platform configuration experience • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical guidance for non-technical users • Remote, U.S.-based role with travel to Columbus, Ohio headquarters at least twice yearly **Preferred Skills:** • Familiarity with Veeva Vault Quality modules (QualityDocs, Training, QMS, QRM, LIMS) • Veeva Vault Platform White Belt Certification or other accredited Veeva certification • Experience with implementation, validation, and maintenance in regulated industries (FDA, biotech, pharma) • Project management experience • GAMP5, ITIL, or other IT best practice training/certification **Work Environment:** Remote/virtual work environment using standard computer equipment. Prolonged sitting/standing, frequent computer use, and fine hand manipulation required. Standard Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
