## Information Systems Security Officer ### About the Role TTEC is seeking an **Information Security Principal Engineer** to join its Information Technology team. This role will help protect information systems assets across a global enterprise supporting **40,000+ users**. ### What You’ll Be Doing - Manage the implementation of processes and procedures to **cost-effectively protect information systems assets** from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction. - Provide **technical leadership, architectural support, guidance, and direction** for information system protection across functional units and global sites. - Own and manage the **configuration and administration** functions for specific security tools. - Support **Fraud & Compliance**, Human Capital, and Operations with **fraud detection, documentation, and prevention**, and provide investigative support as needed. - Assist and support **audits** (including Payment Card Industry, SSAE16, internal, and client audits). - Provide reports on the **effectiveness of data security** and recommend adoption of new procedures and tools. - Interview and make recommendations for **additional staff**. ### What We’re Looking For - Experience managing and implementing key **information security policies and procedures**. - Experience analyzing, designing, and developing **new security initiatives**, and integrating security into business initiatives. - Experience supporting **internal and external audits** and managing findings to resolution. ### What Skills You’ll Need - **BA/BS degree** or equivalent experience. - Security certifications such as **CISSP, CISM, or CISA**. - **5–7 years** of Information Security experience. - Knowledge of **LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications**. ### Compensation & Benefits - Anticipated range: **$118,000–$130,000 USD** (actual offer may vary by location, experience, education, and skills). - Supportive career development, inclusive culture, and wellness/healthcare benefits. - Paid time off (PTO) and additional compensation/benefit opportunities (including tuition reimbursement). ### Company Overview TTEC is a pioneer in customer experience, engagement, and growth solutions, serving customers in **80+ countries** and **50 languages**. **Apply:** https://www.ttecjobs.com/en/us
