## Summer 2027 Production Support Analyst Intern ### Responsibilities - Support the County of San Diego contract from **June 2027 to August 2027** - Help keep County systems running by supporting **incident management** - **Track SLA performance** - **Build dashboards and executive reports** to provide leadership visibility into service health across County operations - Work alongside Peraton professionals on real projects modernizing County services (including emerging work applying AI to software design, build, and delivery) ### Internship Structure - **Full-time (40 hours/week)** for a **10-week** summer internship - **Hybrid**; based in **San Diego, CA** ### Qualifications **Required** - **US Citizenship** - **HS Diploma** and some advanced level training - Current **undergrad or graduate student** (progress toward or pursuing a degree in **Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field**) - **Analytical and troubleshooting skills** - **Proficiency in Excel** - **Clear written communication** **Desired** - Experience with **ServiceNow** or another ticketing system - Familiarity with **ITIL concepts** (ITIL 4 Foundation a plus) - **Dashboard/reporting experience** (Power BI, Tableau) - Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Splunk) or **SQL** ### Location - **San Diego, CA** ### Pay Range - **$25–30/hr** (SCA / Union / Intern rate or range) ### Peraton Overview Peraton is a next-generation national security company and enterprise IT provider supporting critical missions across land, sea, space, air, and cyberspace.
