**Peraton Labs is seeking a Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Developer** for a position based in **Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD**. --- ## Responsibilities - Conduct M&S development, runs, and analysis in **multi-agent M&S environments** - Develop software in **various languages and platforms** - Communicate technical information via **presentations, papers, and meetings** - Process large amounts of data into **readable results for stakeholders** - Translate **EW algorithms** from theory into an **M&S framework** for test and evaluation - Apply **Electronic Warfare (EW)** principles to algorithm development and optimization - Debug algorithms and source code in a **complex M&S environment** --- ## Qualifications - **Minimum 5 years** experience with **BS/BA**; **3 years** with **MS/MA**; **0 years** with **PhD** - Degree in **Engineering, Physics, or related field** - **US Citizenship** - **Active Top Secret clearance** with **SCI eligibility** - Experience with **AFSIM or similar tools** (e.g., modifying source code, creating plug-ins, setting up scenarios) - Experience using **Python and/or MATLAB**, including interfacing these in an M&S environment --- ## Desired Skills - Knowledge of **RF systems** and concepts - Knowledge of **RF threat systems** and **Army conops** - Knowledge of **Electronic Warfare** - Knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning** principles and techniques --- ## Target Salary Range **$112,000 - $179,000** (typical range). Final compensation depends on factors including scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, competencies, and geographic/business/contract considerations.
