**SAP Manufacturing Consultant (PP/QM/EHS) – 100% onsite in St. Louis** **About the role** Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in **SAP S/4HANA**, with a focus on **Production Planning (PP)**, **Quality Management (QM)**, and **Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)**—including **Classification** and **Batch Management**. You’ll ensure manufacturing processes support business strategy, compliance needs, and integrated system requirements. **What you’ll do** - Lead requirement-gathering workshops and architect scalable manufacturing solutions - Configure production planning and shop floor execution processes - Support advanced planning capabilities including **MRP**, **pMRP**, and **ePP/DS** - Design quality processes (receiving, in-process, final inspections), quality notifications, defect handling, and **CAPA** - Manage **Engineering Change Management (ECM)** and oversee **Materials, BOMs, and Routings** updates via ECNs from PLM systems - Collaborate across **MM, SD, FI/CO, and PS** to deliver end-to-end solutions - Coordinate with technical teams (architects, developers, BASIS, middleware, portal) and business analysts - Support maintenance, enhancements, and development of SAP modules, including integration with **MES/PLM** (e.g., **Siemens PLM**) - Develop test strategies and manage complex integration, regression, and UAT cycles - Support planning/budgeting/staffing/forecasting for manufacturing transformation initiatives - Lead and mentor team members (knowledge transfer and skill development) **Key requirements** - **5+ years** of SAP experience across **PP, QM, EHS, Classification, and Batch Management** - Proven team lead experience managing functional and cross-functional teams **Eligibility requirements** - **US Citizens only** (no dual citizenship) - Eligible to obtain a **minimum of a Secret Clearance** - Must reside locally in **St. Louis, MO** or be willing to travel to St. Louis **weekly** **Pay range (where required)** $106,300 — $246,400 USD (states listed in the posting)
