With 43+ million members and a growing global partner network, CLEAR's platform transforms how people live, work, and travel. **The Role** Join our SOC team to strengthen threat detection, investigation, and response capabilities. You'll lead complex investigations, improve detection capabilities, and mentor analysts while serving as a trusted security partner. **What You'll Do** • Lead complex security investigations across corporate networks, endpoints, data centers, and cloud environments • Develop, tune, and optimize threat detection logic across SIEM, EDR, and security platforms • Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to investigate threats and drive remediation • Apply threat intelligence, automation, and AI tools to identify emerging attack patterns • Mentor junior analysts and establish scalable processes, playbooks, and standards • Evaluate detection coverage against MITRE ATT&CK and emerging threats • Improve SOC workflows, procedures, and tooling • Communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents **What You Bring** • 8+ years cybersecurity experience; 5+ years in security operations, threat detection, or incident response • Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and security monitoring technologies • Experience with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) • Proficiency with data, automation, scripting, and AI-enabled security tools • Strong analytical judgment and cross-functional collaboration skills • Certifications like GCIH, GCIA, or OSCP (preferred) **Compensation & Benefits** Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 (based on skills and experience) Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, family-building support, flexible time off, wellness stipend, OneMedical membership, CLEAR Plus membership, and 401(k) with employer match. **Equal Opportunity** CLEAR provides equal consideration and reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants.
