**Manager, MDR & Threat Hunting** **About the Role** Join Zscaler as a Manager, MDR & Threat Hunting in this remote (USA) position. Lead a customer-facing team of elite threat hunters and MDR responders, driving operational excellence and maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll translate complex threat intelligence into clear executive value while building a trusted service. **Key Responsibilities** • Build and develop a high-performing team of threat hunters and MDR specialists with clear expectations and career growth paths • Own talent lifecycle management including skill development, performance feedback, and retention • Serve as senior escalation point for customer security teams during active intrusions and critical issues • Manage recurring tactical and strategic customer engagements to demonstrate MDR and Threat Hunting value • Define quality standards for all customer deliverables and drive continuous improvement **What You Bring** • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions • Knowledge of threat actor TTPs aligned with MITRE ATT&CK framework • Proficiency in two or more EDR platforms with detection and response experience • Proven track record managing customer-facing teams and executive stakeholder communication • Proficiency in detection and response using network and/or Web Proxy telemetry **Preferred Qualifications** • Ability to leverage AI technologies for operational efficiency • Prior people leadership experience at an MDR or security vendor • Relevant certifications (GIAC GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GDAT, OSTH, eCTHP, CDETH) • Experience creating technical reports, white papers, and conference presentations **Compensation & Benefits** Base Pay Range: $143,500 – $205,000 USD Comprehensive benefits including health plans, time off, parental leave, retirement options, education reimbursement, and more. **About Zscaler** Zscaler accelerates digital transformation through the Zero Trust Exchange platform, protecting thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss.
