This position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship. --- ## Position Summary Audax Group is seeking a **Salesforce Developer** to support the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within our Salesforce platform. You’ll execute technical implementations across **Apex**, **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, **integrations**, and **declarative automation** to support critical business processes. You’ll collaborate with the **CRM team** and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions that improve user experience, maintain long-term platform stability, and support continued growth. --- ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using **Apex**, **LWC**, and other platform technologies - Build, optimize, and debug complex **Flows** aligned with platform standards - Develop and support integrations with internal/external systems using **APIs** and middleware tools - Work within and extend the **InvestorFlow managed package** while ensuring compatibility with custom solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across custom code, integrations, and the broader Salesforce instance - Develop and optimize **batch Apex** and asynchronous processes with governor limits and performance in mind - Participate in **QA** (unit testing, system testing, and release deployment support) *(FLAG)* - Collaborate with CRM team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions - Support onboarding of new business units to Salesforce (configuration, development, and testing) - Contribute to technical documentation (system architecture, data models, development standards) - Provide technical input on feasibility and implementation approaches - Support ongoing enhancements to improve usability, performance, and scalability --- ## Requirements / Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field *(or equivalent practical experience)* - **2+ years** of experience developing on the Salesforce platform - Strong experience with **Apex** (classes, triggers), including exposure to batch/asynchronous processing - Experience building **Lightning Web Components (LWC)** and modern UI solutions - Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, including **Flows** and data model configuration - Experience developing/supporting Salesforce integrations (**REST/SOAP APIs**, external systems, middleware) - Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform best practices in complex orgs - Debugging and basic performance optimization experience, including governor limits awareness - Familiarity with **version control** (e.g., Git) and deployment processes - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose/resolve issues efficiently - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team - Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Experience working in complex or highly customized Salesforce environments ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with **managed packages** and extending functionality within constraints (e.g., **Investor
