**Overview** Provide information technology support to the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Management Area Services (IMAS). Support the digital transformation of PAE Fires by adopting and integrating advanced digital technologies, processes, and practices to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and overall mission effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead systems administration and virtual infrastructure support, including: - VMware ESXi hosts - Virtual machines/appliances - Red Hat OpenShift - VDI - Perform server troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, backups, recovery, and ensure secure availability of mission-critical systems - Set up administrator accounts - Maintain system documentation - Tune system performance - Install system-wide software and allocate mass storage space - Interact with users and evaluate vendor products - Recommend hardware and software purchases - Coordinate installation and backup/recovery activities - Develop and monitor policies and standards for computing resource allocation **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree and **13+ years** of related work experience - **DoD 8140** certifications - Must have Systems Administration and customer support experience - **DoD TS/SCI eligibility** **EEO Statement** EEO Race/Sex/Disability Status/Veteran Status
