Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and industry training. --- **The Work** We’re seeking a **Product and Integration Lead** to drive interoperability across modern **Health IT** systems. This role blends **product ownership** with **deep technical integration leadership**, supporting **FHIR-based data exchange** and **multi-vendor API connectivity**. --- **Key Responsibilities** - **Lead product delivery**: backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and PI objectives. - **Shape roadmap and implementation strategy** with the client Product Lead. - **Own integration strategy** across **FHIR R4, HL7, TEFCA/QHIN, Kno2, iTransplant,** and **TrueNorth APIs**. - **Produce integration specifications** for engineering from Day 1. - **Collaborate with external vendors** to align on data exchange and API design. --- **Here is What You Need** - **US Citizenship** - Strong background in **health data integration** using **FHIR, HL7, RESTful APIs**, and **HIE standards** - Experience writing **technical specs** and **interface requirements** - **Agile product delivery** experience (backlog management, user stories, sprint execution) --- **Preferred Experience** - Integration with platforms like **iTransplant, TrueNorth,** or **Kno2** - Exposure to **TEFCA/QHIN** frameworks - Health IT architecture or interoperability roadmap experience --- **Compensation (Pay Range)** Base pay range for the listed locations: **$120,400 – $234,700 USD** --- **Equal Employment Opportunity / Other Statements** Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and committed to providing equal opportunities, including reasonable accommodations when needed. *Note: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no fixed deadline to apply.*
