Reached $100M ARR in 6 years, achieved unicorn status ($1B+ valuation) in 2022. **ROLE SUMMARY** Lead AI product solutions and development efforts. Drive technical vision and architecture of AI-powered location intelligence platform. Oversee full-stack development of conversational AI systems, from LLM integration to real-time streaming interfaces. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Collaborate with product, design, and customers on technical vision • Design and ship production features across full stack (APIs, data models, services, UI) • Build AI-powered capabilities: LLM features, retrieval, agents, tool-calling flows • Create evals from real user questions to measure every prompt/model change • Protect against prompt injection, data leaks, and hallucinations • Monitor production health: AI cost, latency, debugging, and reliability • Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) as core workflow • Raise engineering standards through code review and team improvement **REQUIREMENTS** • 10+ years shipping customer-facing products in production • Full-stack: Python (FastAPI), React/TypeScript, SQL, containerized cloud services • Strong system design and production reliability expertise • Hands-on LLM experience: prompts, retrieval, tools, evals, failure handling • AI-native workflow with strong product sense • High EQ, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity **NICE TO HAVES** • Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity and efficiency • Experience integrating generative AI into workflows **WHY JOIN** • Pioneer a new market • Central, critical role • Work with top-notch talent • Competitive salary ($160K–$190K USD) • Excellent benefits, medical/dental/vision, 401K, equity • Fully remote *Equal opportunity employer.
