**Manager, Business Analytics** **About the Role** Join Veracyte as a Manager, Business Analytics – a highly technical individual contributor within the Sales Operations & Business Analytics (SOBA) Center of Excellence. You'll serve as a strategic analytics partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other business functions, leveraging advanced analytics, statistical modeling, data science, and automation to improve operational performance and drive measurable business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead analytics initiatives supporting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and related functions • Partner with operational and commercial leadership to prioritize analytical investments and measure business outcomes • Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud-based data platforms • Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling • Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and Master Data Management teams to optimize data pipelines and architecture • Build semantic data models, KPI frameworks, and standardized metrics aligned with governance standards • Support enterprise data governance initiatives and promote reporting consistency • Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to improve forecasting and uncover business insights **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field • 6-8+ years in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science, or similar technical analytical role • Expert-level SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization) • Strong Python programming experience (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn) • Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse) • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms • Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings effectively • Can independently manage ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in diagnostics, laboratory services, healthcare technology, life sciences, or payer analytics • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, generative AI applications, and workflow automation • Experience influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $130,000 – $145,000 USD Competitive benefits package, potential bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
