**Senior Sustainment Engineer - (FMECA, LORA, IPS)** **ABOUT THE ROLE** Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Sustainment Engineer to architect and own the company's Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) digital toolchain. You'll design automation-first workflows that transform months of manual analysis into repeatable processes running in hours. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Architect ILS/IPS digital toolchain with integrated, automation-first workflows • Define and own the Logistics Product Data (LPD) environment—a unified data model connecting FMECA, RCM, MTA, LORA, spares, and technical data • Identify opportunities for AI and automation in sustainment analysis cycles • Build integrations that propagate BOM changes, ECOs, and design decisions through sustainment artifacts automatically • Define target-state sustainment toolchain architecture and lead transition from legacy tools • Drive feedback loops between field/depot operational data and sustainment planning models • Represent sustainment data architecture in enterprise PLM/ERP governance decisions **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** • 7+ years in sustainment engineering, logistics engineering, or ILS roles (defense/aerospace) • Deep practitioner experience building FMECA, RCM, LORA, maintenance task analysis, or provisioning data • Expertise with S-Series ILS framework (S1000D, S3000L) and GEIA-STD-0007 • Proficiency in Python or scripting for data connectors and automation • Systems-level thinking in data models and architecture • Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and ERP integration • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance • Ability to travel for on-site support and stakeholder engagement **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** • Experience applying AI/automation to engineering workflows • DoD 5000 series acquisition and CDRL management experience • S1000D technical publication standards and IETM authoring tools knowledge • Readiness-Based Sparing or supply chain data modeling experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science/Information Systems • Strong communication skills bridging technical and program management needs **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** 💰 **Salary Range:** $140,000 – $193,000 USD Competitive equity grants, comprehensive benefits package, and top-tier employee support included.
