A clear mission, a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to experiment empower us individually and together deliver the best products for our clients and users.</p> <p>As an IBM Connect:Direct Specialist at Array, you will leverage your expertise in specialized systems to ensure data accuracy, maintain system functionality, and resolve technical issues efficiently. This is an on-call, hourly contract role with no minimum hours guaranteed, requiring availability on demand to address system-related needs.</p> <h4><strong>You will:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Configure IBM Connect:Direct system with customers and Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to confirm data accuracy and transfer integrity</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve IBM Connect:Direct-specific system issues, including diagnosing problems and coordinating with DCSA as needed.</li> <li>Monitor IBM Connect:Direct system performance, addressing irregularities proactively to maintain operational continuity.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues originating from external sources and ensure compliance with all relevant protocols.</li> <li>Stay informed on system updates and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>You have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Extensive experience with IBM Connect:Direct, including troubleshooting and system maintenance expertise.</li> <li>U.S. citizenship and compliance with all eligibility requirements, including willingness to perform duties subject to applicable FAR provisions.</li> <li>Active United States Government security clearance (preferred) or the ability to meet compliance and security standards.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide on-demand, high-quality support for critical system needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with DoD or DCSA systems and protocols, with a preference for candidates with direct experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay transparency: </strong>$50/hr, depending on experience.</p> <p><strong>Expected interview process: </strong>Recruiter Conversation - Hiring Manager Interview - IBM technical Interview.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Array Offers All Full Time Employees the following Benefits and Perks:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full medical, dental, and vision, premiums covered at 100% for full-time employees and 70% for dependents</li> <li>Unlimited PTO and sick leave +...
