You’ll lead and mentor a team delivering high-quality, AI-powered software solutions that support our mission: **“Life’s a Party, We’re Makin’ It Fun!”** and **“So Much Fun It’s Scary!”** ### Benefits (Highlights) - Flexible work environment - Career advancement - Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity - Vacation, Personal, Sick & Holiday pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & AD&D insurance - 401(k) with company match - 30% merchandise discount ### Responsibilities - Lead and mentor software developers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered software solutions - Oversee the full software development lifecycle (requirements → design → development → testing → implementation → maintenance) - Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and foster an innovative development environment - Manage one or more functional module(s), including identifying and mitigating project risks - Champion responsible AI use (AI-assisted coding, code review, documentation, requirements translation, modernization, DevOps, analytics) - Oversee project analysis, execution, and support (resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals, budgets, and documentation) - Develop and manage project schedules (including sprint planning and resource assignment) - Support and improve application/infrastructure architecture standards and processes - Supervise/mentor distributed solutions while encouraging innovation and career growth - Lead teams using Agile methodology and emotional intelligence - Run daily/weekly team meetings to ensure goals are met and ideas are heard - Ensure compliance with application and architecture guidelines - Serve as a liaison between business, technical teams, and senior leadership - Approve AI software designs and participate in strategy sessions ### Qualifications - **7–10 years** software development experience, including **3–5 years** management experience - Experience leading/managing onshore and offshore teams delivering **AI-enabled solutions** using an end-to-end **Microsoft stack** - Ability to set goals, manage schedules (2-week sprints), and motivate teams to meet deadlines - Strong cross-functional communication and planning to achieve product delivery goals - Experience with **Azure DevOps** (work items, task boards, source control, etc.) and familiarity with CI/CD tools - Detailed knowledge of database design and object/relational database technology - Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills - Retail or wholesale experience (preferred) ### Technology - **Microsoft Stack:** MS SQL Server, .NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET (MVC/API/Razor), WPF - **Other:** JavaScript (Angular 2+/jQuery), HTML, CSS, SharePoint, SSRS, ABP - **Distributed Application Architecture:** Docker, Kafka (event-driven messaging), Microservices, caching/syncing, analytics & monitoring (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana) - **Frameworks/Components:** Redis, Identity Server, SSO, Blazor ### Pay Range **$135,000 – $160,000** (base salary range; final pay depends on experience, skills, and scope/responsibilities)
