**Global Head of Solutions — Sardine** **Location:** San Francisco (remote-first; flexible within your country) ## About the role As Head of Solutions at Sardine, you’ll own the technical teams that take customers from a signed contract to a successful, live launch. You’ll bring Integration Engineering and Support Engineering together under one set of standards and a high bar for quality—scaling a fast-growing ~20-person organization across technical ICs and managers. ## What you’ll be doing - Own Integration and Support engineering (~20 people across three functions) - Build playbooks, onboarding, best practices, and SLAs to scale smoothly - Coach and develop technical leads and grow their leadership range - Get hands-on with scoping and contract structuring where technical judgment is required - Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to drive cross-sell, upsell, and net revenue retention - Partner with the POC team (including Data Scientists) to drive POCs to success - Bring deep product fluency to guide scoping, delivery, and people challenges ## What you’ll need - Experience leading large technical teams (20+) in B2B SaaS, including building the management layer - Domain experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking - Deep technical and product expertise—credible on integration complexity and scoping - Track record of building operational rigor (playbooks, SLAs, structured processes) - Experience scaling through rapid growth - Strong coaching instincts and comfort leading through change ## Bonus points - Experience across both pre-sales (sales engineering/solutions consulting) and post-sales (implementation/professional services) - Familiarity with fintech beyond fraud/compliance ## Benefits - Generous compensation (cash + equity), including early exercise for all options (pre-vested) - Remote-first culture; flexible paid time off and year-end break - Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage (US & Canada specific) - 4% matching in 401k / RRSP (US & Canada specific) - MacBook Pro delivered + one-time home office setup stipend - Monthly meal stipend, monthly social meet-up stipend - Annual health and wellness stipend + annual learning stipend If you’re seeking a meaningful career, we’d love to hear from you.
