Within Connected Warfare, the **Mission Command** team builds and operates the software and hardware backbone that other Anduril business lines build on top of, including: - Golden configurations and OS images shipped on every fielded system - Certification and provisioning pipelines that move hardware from factory to field You’ll sit at the center of the business, partnering daily with **Anduril Ground Maneuver (AGM)** and **Compute & Comms (C&C)** to ensure the platform serves their missions. **What You’ll Do** - Serve as the primary interface between Mission Command and the **Ground Maneuver (AGM)** and **Compute & Communications (C&C)** business lines, translating mission and integration requirements into the platform roadmap. - Own the day-to-day relationship with both business lines: track upcoming programs, understand where golden config, OS images, and provisioning pipelines block or accelerate fielding timelines, and drive resolution. - Represent AGM and C&C priorities in Mission Command planning; represent Mission Command’s roadmap, constraints, and tradeoffs back to AGM and C&C leadership. - Build and run a lightweight process for surfacing, triaging, and closing cross-business-line requests and dependencies before they become escalations. - Partner with Mission Command engineering leads to scope and sequence work that serves both business lines without fragmenting the platform. - Identify where AGM’s and C&C’s needs diverge or conflict, and drive the tradeoff conversations needed to reach decisions. - Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies across all three organizations at a cadence each stakeholder group needs. - Travel to AGM and C&C program sites as needed to stay close to how the platform is being used. **Required Qualifications** - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance - 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager, technical product manager, or engineer working across (additional details not included in the provided description)
