**Technical Support Lead** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a **Technical Support Lead** to support a client in the **Columbia, MD** area. ## What you’ll be doing - Implement and maintain robust **cybersecurity** measures, including deployment and monitoring of **network-based Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)** - Hands-on work with **virtualization** and the architecture of **cloud and data center** environments - Manage and optimize resources across **Amazon Web Services (AWS)** and **Microsoft Azure** - Streamline processes to enhance **system reliability** - Integrate security and operational best practices into **continuous deployment** workflows - Ensure **compliance** and **risk mitigation** across all IT operations ## What you’ll need - **3+ years** of experience in general IT, cybersecurity, CNO software, or security research - **3+ years** managing **Linux systems** - Networking experience (e.g., **TCP/IP**, virtualization, cloud/data center architecture) - Automation/scripting experience (e.g., **PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, BASH**) - Experience with service desk tools (e.g., **JIRA, Redmine, ServiceNow**) - Experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., **Confluence, GitLab**) - **DoD 8570 IAT Level II** certification or higher ## Bonus points if you have - DevOps pipeline tools experience (e.g., **Jenkins, Git, Docker**) - Experience working in cloud environments - Experience with **NIST Risk Management Framework** processes - Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, proactively identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions aligned to organizational objectives ## Clearance - Must have an active **TS/SCI** level clearance and be willing to sit for a **polygraph** *Note: Compensation and benefits information is provided in the original posting; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.*
