**Web Content Development Manager** **About the Role** SolarWinds is seeking a Content Web Development Lead to modernize web content planning, creation, testing, approval, and publishing. This player-coach role combines AI-forward workflow design, CMS and frontend expertise, QA automation, launch coordination, and team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead AI-forward content operations with governed, spec-driven agentic workflows • Own web publishing and CMS delivery across Builder.io, WordPress, Aprimo DAM, React, and Next.js • Lead QA automation and web quality with automated testing for functional, visual, accessibility, SEO, and performance • Prioritize and coordinate launches with transparent backlogs, roadmaps, and SLA tracking • Lead and develop the team through mentorship, standards, and cross-functional partnerships **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years in web publishing, content operations, frontend development, QA automation, or related discipline • Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web behavior • Experience with Builder.io, WordPress, or comparable CMS platforms • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Builder.io AI, or similar) • Understanding of SEO, accessibility, usability, Core Web Vitals, and analytics • Experience coordinating launches with product, marketing, content, design, and engineering stakeholders • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Aprimo DAM or enterprise digital asset management experience • React, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, and design systems knowledge • Jira, Service Desk, Asana, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD fluency • CMS migrations, redesigns, or multi-site publishing program leadership • Accessibility standards expertise **Working Model** US time zone role with responsibility for collaboration, launch coordination, and production support during US business hours. Hands-on, cross-functional, and accountable for both published experiences and delivery workflows.
