**Senior Escalation Engineer** **About the Role:** Join the CTO team as an Escalation Expert to identify, analyze, and resolve complex customer issues. You'll serve as a critical link between customers and our core engineering teams, diving deep into technical problems and shaping the future of our product. **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in senior customer-facing roles (Escalation Engineer, Senior Technical Support, etc.) • 3+ years of in-depth experience with a major cloud platform • Proven experience reading, debugging, and writing code in high-level languages (Python, Go, Java, Shell, JavaScript) • Proficiency with Git and source code management systems • Proficiency with REST APIs or GraphQL • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments • Fast learner with natural curiosity and passion for technology • Deep understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS) • Experience leveraging AI tools to increase task efficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** • DevOps technologies and CI/CD pipelines • Kubernetes and Container technologies • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform • SQL for data analysis and dashboard creation • Relational and NoSQL databases • Experience in CTO organizations or strategic technical teams **Key Responsibilities:** • Own complex customer technical problems with deep-dive troubleshooting • Proactively identify escalations and advocate for customers • Author technical troubleshooting content and knowledge base articles • Lead development of internal tools and processes • Participate in on-call rotation for critical escalations **Requirements:** Must have legal right to work in position location without visa sponsorship.
