**Sr. Application Engineer - Xactly** **About the Role** As a Senior Application Engineer on the IT Team, you'll develop and implement solutions to meet business objectives with Xactly. We're seeking someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments focused on continuous improvement and innovation. **What You'll Be Doing** • Build, maintain, and optimize Connect integration pipelines between source systems and Xactly • Partner with non-technical stakeholders (comp analysts, finance ops), Sales Compensation, Accounting, Sales, and IT to define data requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, failed Connect jobs, data mismatches, and pipeline errors before commission runs • Document pipeline configurations, field mappings, and transformation logic for future developers **What You Bring** • 5+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience with data pipelines, transformations, and scheduling • Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA • Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries; familiarity with ETL concepts and flat-file/SFTP data exchange patterns • Experience with source system integrations (SFDC, Workday, NetSuite, or similar CRM/HCM/ERP platforms) • Strong attention to detail—errors in comp data have direct pay impact • **Nice to Have:** Xactly certification(s), ICM/SPM process knowledge, scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, shell), data warehousing or BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau) **Compensation** Base salary role with no variable compensation component.
