**Senior Technical Program Manager, Program Protection** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The Anti-Tamper (AT) team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive security on the next generation of autonomous vehicles. You’ll own complex programs across the AT portfolio—from strategy through rollout—partnering daily with infrastructure, platform, and product teams, and building metrics and reporting to keep leadership informed on program health. This is a hands-on, builder role. You should be comfortable reading architecture diagrams, pushing back on vague requirements, and turning security goals into shipped outcomes. **What You’ll Do** - **Ensure Overall Success:** Drive successful execution of AT programs; meet defined requirements, stay on schedule, and align with budget. - **Stakeholder Management:** Own project deliverables and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. - **Program Execution:** Lead execution across project tasks and work plans with senior leadership and engineering; operate with high ownership and independent judgment. - **Technical Coordination:** Develop a working understanding of AT architectures and implementations; identify and fill technical gaps across the portfolio; gather/analyze metrics to drive improvements and track impact. - **Project Coordination:** Define scope, track changes, identify/document/monitor risks, and maintain schedules, action items, and documentation. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Gather requirements and feedback; represent AT services and technical capabilities to business stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or related field with demonstrated passion for weapon system security. - 4+ years of program/project management experience in a technology environment managing multiple concurrent workstreams. - 5+ years of experience in engineering or other related technical disciplines. - Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, build metrics, and use them to drive decisions and track program/project health. - Experience translating program and business requirements into actionable project plans with technical teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and commitment to quality. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Occasional travel to other company sites (up to 10%). - Ability to obtain and maintain a **US Secret Clearance**. **Preferred Qualifications** - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CompTIA Project+, CAPM). - Hands-on experience with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet). - Background as an AT engineer with expertise in Anti-Tamper methodologies for protecting critical program information. - Experience standing up or maturing an AT team and portfolio at a high-growth company. **Compensation (US Salary Range)** - **$166,000 — $220,000 USD** **Benefits** Anduril offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees).
